Remi never gives clinical advice or decides how serious something is. It puts the call straight through to you, or takes a detailed message and alerts you at once so you can call back. Remi is not an emergency service.

Is patient data handled under UK GDPR?

Yes. Remi works under UK GDPR and we provide a Data Processing Agreement for you to sign. Data is stored securely on EU-hosted infrastructure.

Will it sound robotic? Can patients interrupt?
