Does Remi work with my booking system?

Remi books, moves and cancels MOTs, services and repairs live in Google Calendar, Cliniko or Acuity. If you book in another system, Remi can text the caller your own booking link, or take a message with everything you need. Most garages start with Google Calendar.

What happens with a breakdown or urgent call?

Remi is not an emergency or recovery service. For an urgent call it puts the caller straight through to the workshop or whoever is on call, or takes a detailed message and alerts them immediately. It never diagnoses a fault or advises on whether a car is safe to drive.

Is Remi UK GDPR compliant?

Yes. Remi works under UK GDPR and we provide a Data Processing Agreement for you to sign in your dashboard. Call recordings, transcripts and messages are stored securely on EU-hosted infrastructure.

Will it sound robotic? Can callers interrupt?

Remi uses a natural AI voice and callers can interrupt it mid-sentence, the way they would a person. There are no 'press 1' menus: callers just say what they need.

Will Remi quote for repairs?

Only prices you give it, such as your MOT fee or a fixed-price service. For repairs, Remi takes the reg and the symptoms, then books the car in or takes a message so you can call back with a quote.

How much does Remi cost?
